Training: I've been really trying to push my cardio this camp after having such a long break. I've also have had the opportunity to work with Henry Cejudo and his coaches on my wrestling.

What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ black belt, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Raging Wolf 135-pound champ, Ontario amateur Muay Thai champ

What does it mean for you to fight in UFC?
To fight in the UFC is the highlight of my career. This is what fighters, whether male or female, strive for. I have finally hit the big league; now it's time to prove that I deserve to stay here.

I used to work at a desk making phone calls all day
