Biography

TRAINING: I usually start early morning with boxing/striking pad work. Then technical drills/sparring midday, we work on individual disciplines on different days and some days we mix it all up in MMA sessions. Then in the evenings I do either conditioning/strength work or sparring, depending on what my coaches set me to do. Also, I fit a few runs in whenever I’m able to.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training MMA at 19, first as just a hobby, and then it developed further.

What ranks and titles have you held? Cage Rage WW Champion

Do you have any heroes? Just anybody in history who sHTML Link CTRL + SHIFT + Ltood up for what they believed in & made a stand.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC?
It’s what I’ve been working towards my whole career; it's where any fighter should aim to be.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting? I was a labourer for a building firm & a window cleaner
