TRAINING: In the morning, MMA for two hours, usually from 11 am until 1 pm. Break of three hours between the morning and afternoon sessions for meal and rest. From 4 pm to 6 pm Muay Thai. Around 9 pm, Physical Training, usually for one hour.
Thoughts on opponent, Noad Lahat? I`m looking for more information about Noad. I know that he has a very good jiu-jitsu and he is coming from a good sequence of wins in other events and now is his debut in the UFC. I’m coming from two losses and this fight will be the fight of my life. It is time to prove that I have the qualities to be in the UFC. I was a finalist on TUF Brazil 1 and it wasn't just luck, I'm sure about that. This fight will be a new beginning in my career.
When and why did you start training to become a fighter? At age 14. I had an affinity for the sport.
What ranks and titles have you held? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Jiu-jitsu: Brazilian champion, Pan American, Brazil Cup, 13-time champion of the Northeast, 15 times champion of Ceará.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? The realization of a dream as a professional athlete.
