Biography

Training: I'll normally spar during the day, either full MMA or positional, stand up with take downs - whatever needs to be worked on.  Will finish up the daytime session with analyzing and correcting the mistakes in technique that I made.  Evening session will further go over anything that needs to be worked on, we do our pad work and jiu-jitsu work and finish up with conditioning.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started about three and a half years ago. It’s fun and I like to test myself in competition.
