Karo ParisyanTRAINING: In the mornings, I’ll do boxing for about an hour, hour and 15 minutes, it’s a very intense session. At night, I’ll spar for around four, five minute rounds, round robin with different guys. The next day I’ll take off the morning and at night I’ll grapple intensely. And the day after that I’ll box in the morning and lift weights at night. Then I repeat the cycle.
