Louis GaudinotTRAINING: I start with a good breakfast before heading to training. I train from 10 am till 12, working boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling and MMA, depending on what day it is. After that I have something to eat before I do my cardio session in the afternoon, then I am at my school teaching until 10 pm.
