TRAINING: I train three times a day, and take Sunday off. In the morning I train Jiu Jitsu, and then Muay Thai at Chute Boxe. At night I do cardio and strength training.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started in Mineiro. A friend took me to a gym, and I liked it.
What ranks and titles have you held? I have two 155-pound titles

What was your job before you started fighting? I have always worked in a gym.
