Biography

TRAINING: I've been doing a lot of homework lately. There are so many aspects of Mixed Martial Arts that some people have yet to consider. A typical day of training includes technical training, conditioning, and resting.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started six years ago. My coach Ray Longo is a kickboxing promoter and asked if I wanted to fight.

What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ blue belt.

Do you have any heroes? Bruce Lee.

What is your favorite technique? Flying kick.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I have worked very hard to get where I am at.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Associates degree in biology.

What was your job before you started fighting? Pizza delivery, supermarket clerk, taxi driver, tow man, game tester.
