TRAINING: There really isn't a typical day - I'm always training different disciplines, and my training is diverse.

When and why did you start training for fighting? Age 20 - for self defense purposes.
What ranks and titles have you held? TUF 16 finalist, ranked in top ten at lightweight in Canada.

Do you have any heroes? None.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It has been my dream for years; it means everything to me.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No.

What was your job before you started fighting? Odd jobs here and there, nothing stable.
