TRAINING: A typical day of training varies, but for the most part I train twice a day. As the fight date approaches I bring it down to one a day and I keep the session short.
Thoughts on opponent, Alex Caceres? Alex is an entertainer, so this fight should be fun to watch.
When and why did you start training for fighting? 2006. I always competed in combat sports and when I heard there was a school in my town that taught MMA, I joined and never stopped going.
What ranks and titles have you held? I am ranked 4th in Canada in the bantamweight division and 5th in the featherweight division. I hold the Ringside Featherweight title.
Do you have any heroes? No
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s something I have been dreaming about since my first fight and I’ve never stopped moving towards this goal. It means a lot to me.
