When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting at two and half years ago. I wrestled a little at the University of Wisconsin and went and saw one of Strasser's show with my girlfriend. I had just started dating her so I said I could do that. I gave it and got the piss pounded out of me but I was hooked.

What ranks and titles have you held? I have won the FFC 2005 170 lb tournament, the FFC 2004 185 lb tournament and the XKK 185 championship. I am the USKBA Super-Light Heavy Weight Champion and I have wins over UFC veterans Josh Neer and Brian Gassaway and PRIDE veteran John Renken.

Do you have any heroes? I love the way Mayhem Miller fights. He is having fun out there the whole time he is fighting and it shows. I also like GSP because he is a complete fighter.
