TRAINING: Training has commenced and we’re straight back into the swing of things. There isn't much to change from the last training camp - one thing I strongly believe is "If it ain't broke why fix it?" We keep doing what we do, training 3-4 times a day with each day having a different intensity, and we do what we do best.
When and why did you start training for fighting? It started off with boxing at a young age to keep out of trouble. Then I ventured into wrestling, which saw me compete around the world, and then I moved into BJJ, wanting to know more about the sport and that's where the love for MMA grew.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's great to get another chance to fight for this amazing organization. It's been a long three years working towards getting another chance and I'm excited to showcase my skills.
