TRAINING: In the morning, I train more of my conditioning and at night, it is more focused on skills.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started at 16 when I trained and fought for the national team. It quickly became my passion and then eventually I fought in MMA.
What ranks and titles have you held? Locally, I became the URCC Visayas Champion
Do you have any heroes? The Carpenter who redeemed me.
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? At this point, it means my entire MMA life to me. I had been in hibernation for years and now I have the opportunity to do a comeback, and, of all platforms, it is in the UFC. Thank you!
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am still in college. I have one more semester to go before I finish my degree of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education.
What was your job before you started fighting? I was an athlete for the Philippines' Wushu-Sanda Team.
