Biography

TRAINING: We keep doing what we do, training 3-4 times a day with each day having a different intensity, and we do what we do best. 

When and why did you start training for fighting? It started off with boxing at a young age to keep out of trouble. Then I ventured into wrestling, which saw me compete around the world, and then I moved into BJJ, wanting to know more about the sport and that's where the love for MMA grew.
