BERLIN – Makwan Amirkhani’s UFC debut really couldn’t have gone much better in January.

After all, it’s hard to top an eight-second knockout. But Amirkhani might just have his eyes on eclipsing that mark on Saturday, even though he’s basically only got a few ways he can do it – with numbers that don’t quite reach eight.

The Finnish featherweight knocked out Andy Ogle with a flying knee in eight seconds at UFC on FOX 14 in Stockholm, picking up a $50,000 “Performance of the Night” bonus along the way. That’s not a bad way to start a UFC career – making $6,250 a second to get your bonus money alone, not to mention your fight purse.

Amirkhani (11-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) will stop just short of predicting he’ll take out Masio Fullen (10-4 MMA, 1-0 UFC) in seven seconds on Saturday at UFC Fight Night 69. But he does now one thing about his Mexican opponent:
