Pitbull Alves is back in April

Thiago "Pitbull" Alves is back!
Former welterweight title challenger Thiago "Pitbull" Alves, sidelined since March of 2012, has verbally agreed to make his long-awaited return to the Octagon on Saturday, April 19, against Seth Baczynski in Orlando.

The bout is Alves' first since a loss to Martin Kampmann in Australia. He has since battled injuries, but he's raring to go for his comeback fight in his adopted home state of Florida.

Also verbally agreed to is a middleweight bout between Caio Magalhaes and Josh Samman.
