Eight fighters joined the UFC president Dana White at the UFC Fight Night Dublin post-fight press conference: Patrick Holohan, Ilir Latifi, Ian McCall, Diego Brandao, Norman Parke, Neil Seery, Cathal Pendred, Gunnar Nelson, and Irish superstar Conor McGregor

McGregor and training partner Nelson were awarded Performance of the Night bonuses. Hometown hero, McGregor, controlled his bout with Diego Brandao from the bell, finishing the Brazilian impressively in the opening round. Nelson got off to a slow start but rebounded nicely in the second en route to his 13th career win.

Fight of the Night went to The Ultimate Fighter: Edgar vs. Penn teammates Cathal Pendred and Mike King. The fight opened as a brawl, with King taking control over the final 2:30. King and Pendred exchanged blows to open the second round but Cathal's resilience helped him come out on top.
