Pague Looks to Make it Two Wins in Two Weeks

Dustin Pague will step inside the Octagon looking for back-to-back wins in a two-week span as he replaces the injured Francisco Rivera against Ken Stone at the UFC on FX event in Atlantic City on June 22nd.

Pague and Stone made quick work of their last opponents, finishing with the same choke in the first round -- Pague's victory came last Friday at UFC on FX 3.

Pague is Stone's third opponent in short order -- his original opponent, Edwin Figueroa was injured and replaced just weeks ago by Rivera.

Both bantamweights verbally agreed to the bout.

Four Injuries Tweak Atlantic City Fight Card updated May 30
Rick Story now has his third opponent for the June 22 FX fight card in Atlantic City, as Papy Abedi
has been forced to withdraw due to injury just three weeks after stepping up to fill in for Story's original opponent, Rich Attonito. Story will now meet 9-1 Pit Elevated product Brock Jardine.

With Jimy Hettes also out due to injury, the door has opened for featherweight prospect Joey Gambino to enter the UFC division and face Steven Siler. Gambino remains undefeated thus far in his pro career but will be face his toughest test against the very experienced Siler.

For the second time in six months. Matthew Riddle has been forced out of a planned bout with Luis "Beicao" Ramos. An injury has sidelined Riddle, who was set to meet Ramos in Atlantic City. Ramos will now face durable veteran Matt "The Immortal" Brown instead.

Riddle and Ramos were originally slated to fight at UFC 141 in Las
Vegas, but the fight was scratched after Riddle became sick the day of
the event.

Francisco Rivera has verbally agreed to take the bantamweight bout with
Ken Stone. Rivera returned to the UFC as a late replacement only weeks
ago and dominated the bout en route to a decision win. Stone's last
fight ended with a quick submission victory.

Abedi in for Injured Attonito against Story this June updated May 8
An injury has forced Rich Attonito out of his June 22nd bout against Rick Story, but "The Horror" will still see fight action in Atlantic City against Sweden's Papy Abedi, who will step in for "The Raging Bull."

Hioki, Lamas to Meet in June

The fists will fly at featherweight this summer, as verbal agreements are in for a bout between Hatsu Hioki and Ricardo Lamas.

Hioki has been in the 145-pound title conversation since joining the UFC, and a June win could secure him that shot. The experienced Lamas has finished both of his opponents -- one by submission, another by KO -- since moving to featherweight.

Fisher and Stout Get Summer Rubber Match updated April 3
As if Faber vs. Cruz 3 and Griffin vs. Ortiz 3 weren't enough, another threematch has been slated for the summer months, this one set for UFC on FX  in Atlantic City. Five years after they last met, verbal agreements are in for a rubber match between lightweights Spencer "The King" Fisher and Sam "Hands of Stone" Stout at UFC on FX in Atlantic City. "Their first two fights were absolute wars and this one promises to be just as thrilling," said UFC president Dana White.

At the same event on June 22, always-exciting bantamweight contenders Edwin Figueroa and Ken Stone have verbally agreed to meet.

Ross Pearson and Cub Swanson have agreed to a June 22 featherweight showdown. "Pearson is looking for a second win at 145 to firmly establish himself as a contender by taking on Swanson, who is one of the division's most battle-tested, exciting fighters," said UFC president Dana White today.

At the same event, undefeated lightweight C.J. Keith will make his UFC debut against Ultimate Fighter finalist Ramsey Nijem.

Hettes Meets Siler in June Battle of 145-Pound Prospects updated March 23
Two of the featherweight division's top prospects return to action on June 22nd in Atlantic City, as unbeaten Jimy Hettes, fresh off back to back wins over Alex Caceres and Nam Phan, takes on The Ultimate Fighter </a>14 vet Steven Siler, who has two consecutive Octagon wins of his own, having beaten Josh Clopton and Cole Miller. This bout has been verbally agreed to.

Jersey Boys Lined Up for UFC on FX </a>in June
The UFC will head down the shore this summer with a UFC on FX </a>event planned for June 22 in Atlantic City.

The main event, as announced on Sunday, will be a five-round battle between two of the best lightweights in the world, Clay Guida and Gray Maynard. Since then, a handful of fights have come together, promising another exciting event on the Eastern seaboard.

Two welterweight bouts will pit the best of Brazil against home-grown talent. Jersey boy Dan Miller will drop to welterweight for the first time in his UFC career for a fight against Ricardo Funch. Plus Matthew Riddle, who grew up one state over in Allentown, Pennsylvania, will take on Luis "Beicao" Ramos. Riddle and Ramos were originally slated to fight at UFC 141 in Las Vegas, but the fight was scratched after Riddle became sick the day of the event.

Two other Garden State natives have also landed spots on the fight card. Rich Attonito, who trains at American Top Team in Florida but was born in Elizabeth, NJ, will face Rick "The Horror" Story at 170 pounds. Plus Nick "The Jersey Devil" Catone will return to action after more than a year in a middleweight tilt with TUF veteran Chris Camozzi.

One more welterweight bout was added at the end of Wednesday: submission specialist TJ Waldburger will face relentless wrestler Brian "Bad Boy" Ebersole.
